I am a registered Therapist with 30 years of clinical experience, with a passion to empower people to live a rich, fulfilling, and meaningful life. To create wellness and provide life skills to assist individuals to reach their full potential.
I am passionate about people’s mental & physical well-being and all of its complexity and have a strong interest in mind-body practices.
With significant professional experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I am a teacher, life coach and healer in Reiki and offer spiritual guidance to suit the individual.
It offers a safe place to talk through life challenges and to learn how to make healthier choices by developing coping strategies to manage distress. Various therapies are used depending on the person’s needs.

Examples of some workshops; anxiety management, assertiveness, self-esteem, relaxation/meditation .
Revive your mind, body and spirit. A blend of classes and seminars set in nature.
Examples; meditation/ relaxation, chakra balancing, creative activities, movement/yoga, sound therapy – singing bowls/toning, crystals, massage, nutrition, aromatherapy, herbs.
Treat yourself to a 1-1 session – Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety.
A technique called palm healing or hands on healing delivers energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support and encourage emotional or physical healing.

Enjoyed the delivery of the course and Paula did a wonderful job presenting the course. Strategies are very beneficial and I continue to put them in place. The course is interactive, educational, YouTube and the is very useful as I continue to review.
The course has been very helpful and being part of a group, I didn’t feel alone. I found all the course very beneficial, especially mindfulness, breathing techniques, Unhelpful Thinking styles, CBT and ACT techniques. The course was very professional and delivery was excellent.
Paula’s delivery was excellent, we were provided with a workbook as well as the course being presented on PowerPoint and YouTube.
